Premium Tour – $600 for 2 people, $900 for 4 people, $1200 for 6 people (tax is included)
Our Premium Tour includes transportation, tasting fees at 3 stops, and a picnic lunch in the beautiful setting of a Hill Country vineyard. The Standard Tour starts at 10:30 am and takes about 5.5-6 hours, returning around 4:00 pm so you have a little time to relax or shop before your evening plans. We require a minimum of 4 people on Fri-Sun or 2 people on Mon-Thur to build a private itinerary. Short PM Tour – $550 for 2 people, $800 for 4 people, $1050 for 6 people (tax included)
Our Short PM Tour includes transportation and tasting fees at three stops but does not include any food. The Short Tour starts at 12:45 pm, after you’ve had brunch on your own, and takes about 4.5-5 hours, returning around 5:15 pm. We require a minimum of 4 people on Fri-Sun or 2 people on Mon-Thur to build a private itinerary. Add-ons and Substitutions
Kuhlman Cellars Food and Wine Pairing: A food and wine pairing can be substituted for a standard tasting for plus $15 per person.
Heath Sparkling: A food and sparkling wine pairing can be substituted for a winery for plus $15 per person. Maximum group size is six.
Grape Creek Taste & Tour: A facility tour with a barrel tasting can be substituted for the standard tasting for plus $35 per person. Maximum group size is six.
William Chris Barrel Tasting, a tour of the winery with a William Chris winegrower which includes barrel tastings of unreleased wines can be substituted for the standard tasting for plus $40 per person. Maximum group size is six.
Hye Meadow Barrel Tasting, a tour of the production facility with the cellar master or wine maker which includes barrel tastings of wines in progress for $40 per person.
Garrison Brothers Distillery Tour: Substitute Texas’ first bourbon distillery in place of a winery for plus $10 per person.
Luckenbach, TX or Albert Ice House with one round of beer can be substituted for a winery at no extra charge.
The above are examples. We are not able to show the elevated experiences at all wineries because the wineries change what they offer and we can’t keep up with all of them. Please contact George us if you would like to discuss more options for elevated experiences at wineries or if there is an experience at a winery you know of that you would like to do.
Custom Tours
We can customize a tour to go just about anywhere and do just about anything you want. Custom tours require custom pricing. Call or email and tell us what you want to do. For highly customized tours, we charge a hourly rate plus winery tasting fees plus a $10 per person per winery concierge fee to make the reservations and pre-pay the wineries for you.
Transportation Service Only – $125 per hour (4 hour minimum) on Fri-Sun and holidays, $100 per hour (4 hour minimum) on Mon-Thur, $150 per hour after midnight
A rate of $100 per hour rate is given to groups that have done one of our all-inclusive wine tours on the same day and want to add time to the end of the tour.
Due to relationships and contracts we have signed with certain wineries, we will not book a vehicle by the hour to go to wineries on Saturdays unless we can confirm that the customer has contacted the wineries in advance and made reservations for their group. Some wineries require that a preferred transportation provider (like us) books the reservation for groups larger than 6.
Cancellation Policy – Canceling once we have secured reservations for you at wineries will result in a 50% per person charge to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation. Cancelling within 72 hours of the start time of the tour or failure to show up for the tour will result in 100% of the price of the tour being charged to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation. This policy also applies to partial cancellations.
*All pricing is based on a pick-up/drop-off location within the city limits of Fredericksburg, TX. Pick-up outside of Fredericksburg adds to the cost of the tour. If you are staying outside of Fredericksburg, we may ask you to meet us at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center at 302 E. Austin St. in Fredericksburg.
