Our Premium Tour includes tasting fees at 3 stops with a picnic lunch in the beautiful setting of a Hill Country vineyard. The Standard Tour starts at 10:30 am and takes about 5 hours, returning around 3:30 pm so you have a little time to relax or shop before your evening plans. The Premium Tour is not guaranteed private unless booked for a group of 8 to 12. We combine small parties to fill the tour. When combining small groups, we try to carry no more than 12 people in a 14 passenger high-top Ford Transit or 10 people in a 12-passenger limousine, when available. Short PM Tour (not available on Saturdays)– $155 (tax included) per person *
Our Short PM Tour includes tasting fees at three stops but does not include a lunch. The Short Tour starts at 12:45 pm, after you’ve had lunch on your own, and takes about 4 hours, returning around 5:00 pm. The Short Tour is not guaranteed to be private unless booked for a group of 8 to 12. We combine small parties to fill the vehicle. When combining small groups, we try to carry no more than 12 people in a 14 passenger high-top Ford Transit or 10 people in a 12-passenger limousine, when available. Private Tours – Prices vary.
The Premium Tour is made private at no additional charge for groups of 8 to 12 people. Tours can be made private for groups of 7 or smaller for an adjusted charge. On private tours, we can adjust the start time and substitute other stops for wineries. Private tours on Saturdays require paying for a minimum of 8 spots less the tasting fees we don’t pay the wineries. Private tours require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Add-ons and Substitutions – Add-ons and substitutions can only be done for private groups and require notice and a deposit at the time of booking for planning purposes.
Grape Creek Taste & Tour: Add a tour and barrel tasting to the tasting at Grape Creek Vineyards for $25 per person. Maximum group size is six.
William Chris Barrel Tasting: A tour of the winery with a William Chris winegrower which includes barrel tastings of unreleased wines for additional $40 per person. Maximum group size is six.
Hye Meadow Barrel Tasting: A tour of the production facility with the cellar master or wine maker which includes barrel tastings of wines in progress for $40 per person.
Garrison Brothers Distillery Tour: Substitute Texas’ first bourbon distillery in place of a winery for no extra charge.
Hye Market Tasting Room & Bistro can be substituted for a winery at no extra charge.
Pecan Street Brewing Co. can be substituted for a winery and lunch for an additional $10 charge.
Luckenbach, TX or Albert Ice House with one round of beer can be substituted for a winery at no extra charge.
We can customize a tour to go just about anywhere and do just about anything you want. Custom tours require custom pricing. Call or email and tell us what you want to do. Unfortunately, we are not licensed to pick up in Austin or San Antonio.
Transportation Service Only – $150 per hour (4 hour minimum) on weekends, $125 per hour (3 hour minimum) on weekdays, $200 per hour after midnight
A special rate of $100 per hour limousine rate is given to groups that have done one of our all-inclusive wine tours on the same day.
Due to relationships and contracts we have signed with certain wineries, we will not book a vehicle by the hour to go to wineries on Saturdays unless we can confirm that the customer has contacted the wineries in advance and made reservations for their group. Some wineries require that a preferred transportation provider (like us) book reservation for groups larger than 6.
Friday – Saturday Deposit – We require a $75 per person deposit for reservations for weekends and holidays and private groups. It is non-refundable and not transferrable to another date, no exceptions.
Sunday – Thursday Cancellation Policy – Canceling once we have secured reservations for you at wineries will result in a $75 per person charge to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation. Cancelling within 48 hours of the start time of the tour or failure to show up for the tour will result in the full price of the tour being charged to the credit card on file based on the number in the reservation. This policy also applies to partial cancellations.
*All pricing is based on a pick-up/drop-off location within the city limits of Fredericksburg, TX. Pick-up outside of Fredericksburg adds to the cost of the tour. If you are staying outside of Fredericksburg, we ask you to meet us at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center at 302 E. Austin St. in Fredericksburg.
We automatically add 15% host/driver gratuity for groups larger than six.
